Coming out – Italy report


The “Coming Out–Italy Report” presents the results of a qualitative study carried out in the first phase (WP 1) of the Free to Choose project, with the aim of highlighting the presence of gender stereotypes related to the labour market, their functioning mechanisms and their impact on the professional training pathways of young adults, aged between 15 and 29 years. Coordinated by the University of Valencia, responsible for WP 1, the research was conducted simultaneously in five Countries (Spain, Slovenia, Portugal, Cyprus and Italy) and this report presents the results relative to the Italian context.
